Question #1: How to write this on a resume?
I worked as an Airline Reservation Agent at a call center which outsourced for Swiss International Airlines. What is the best way to record this on my resume?. Is it best to put the call center name only or is it also ok to put Swiss Airlines?
Question #2: Are game designer jobs outsourced?
I just noticed that most jobs in the u.s supplying high demand are outsourced. Is game design in that category? I hope to join that field after college (I'm in the 11th grade) but I am not willing to leave and move to another country to follow that job..
Question #3: Business Pre-Optometry or Computer Science?
I'm a college student and I'm torn between business pre-optometry and computer science. Some questions I'd like answered:
- What is the future for Computer Science majors?
- Is it true that most of the CS jobs are outsourced to Asia?
- I have basically no background in physics. Do I need a lot of physics in CS?
- How difficult is the pre-optometry program? More or less so than CS?

But I wanna do something i like, and because im getting loans and working part time, so i'll basically pay for my classes. Question #5: Are people starting to wake up to the connection between political flip-floppers and corporate elite and?
banksters. A government by "we the people" should not be making legislation to control but to empower the populace. Rather than securing our borders and legislating corporations toward the good of our society, our public officials are attempting to oppress the populace's liberties and empowering international corporate interests. By continuing to vote for political flip-floppers and insiders such like Clinton, Bush, Obama, our nation is threatened by powers outside our own nation. Our economy is shot and many people are without jobs because our manufacturing has been outsourced to third world countries benefiting international corporations interests. Mainline media presstitutes only cover political flip-floppers protecting the status quo, not us.
Question #6: A simple question for all of these whining libs, why do believe U.S. companies...?
....are at fault for outsourced jobs, when all the while you refused as consumers to spend the prices of those products when they were once made here?
It seems clear that when libs bash foreign wages from workers in outsourced nations, they smile like hell when they don't have to face the sticker shock if what they bought were made here. Consumers set no BS limits on what they're willing to spend on anything. Why is that an evil practice when libs do the exact same thing, then waa-waa like lil' babies when they refuse to look at the made in labels on the products "they" bought --- LIKE YOUR TOASTER - HAIR BRUSH - DOG COLLAR - COFFEE MAKER - TV - DVD PLAYER - TIRES ON YOUR CAR AND MOST LIKELY YOUR CAR.

Question #9: What good Custom Build Desktop Computer websites are there?
I'd like to have a customized computer, but I don't want to build my own at home, I'd like to build one on a website and have them make it such as cyberpower or ibuypower, but I was reading a lot of awful reviews about those sites. Most of them were complaining that the comps came with the wrong parts in them or didn't work etc. For me that's a major problem b/c I would have no idea on how to fix it myself or even how to see if the parts are correct so a reliable website is a must. Any ideas?
( I checked tigerdirect too, the comps they have with the specs I want are mainly outsourced from cyberpower or ibuypower it looks like.)

Question #10: What was wrong with the President's State of the Union address?
Even if you hate the guy you have to admit it was really good. The only thing I didn't like was the illegal alien support thing. You know that amnesty bill he keeps trying to shove down our throat. But if you notice McCain loved that one lol. I wonder if I broke the law like taking people's identity how much amnesty I would get.
Anyway leaving that out of the equation it was an excellent speech. I just hope he keeps his promise. If he keeps his promise he has my vote. This is what I wanted after all.

"Moving jobs is not something we should be subsidizing," Sperling said. "The companies have a right to do it, but that doesn't mean we should subsidize it."
The plan underscores Obama's interest in spurring "insourcing," or the return of previously outsourced jobs, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Earlier this month the president held an "Insourcing American Jobs" forum at the White House with 14 American companies -- DuPont, Intel and Otis Elevators, among others -- with the goal of better understanding what incentives corporations would need to bring jobs home.
Talking with reporters Wednesday, Jason Furman, principal deputy director at the NEC, argued that manufacturers are starting to reconsider whether it's worth moving or keeping their operations overseas rather than in the U.S., in part because of rising labor costs in China. Indeed, the manufacturing sector has been one of the few bright spots in recent U.S. jobs reports, with around 300,000 such jobs having been added in the past two years.
As part of his broader plan, the president is also proposing a "minimum tax rate" on overseas profits to discourage corporations from moving work to countries with more favorable rates. The proposed changes to tax law, Ferman said, could help persuade some companies that are "sitting on the fence" to keep their workforces in the U.S.
"You look at the tax code as a whole, and right now it gives a large push to a company thinking about doing business overseas rather than in the U.S.," Furman said. "Rather than have everything in the tax code pointed towards China as it does now... we can point it back in the other direction."
In addition, the administration is proposing a "manufacturing communities tax credit" to encourage investment in areas where local plants are closing. With $6 billion in credits, the program would be designed to mitigate job losses by luring new manufacturers into those areas.

Question #11: If capital gains isn't income then what happens to it?
BQ: who risks more?:
A wage earner who commits the years, labor and skills of their life, yet will likely face their job getting outsourced in the future, or a market player who does nothing but place a call to their broker, yet couldn't care less if their investment gets outsourced (their money will keep rolling in!).
R-tards, why don't you go outside and play hide and go fvck yourselves?

Also, what about "Outsourced Data Entry"? I already know about all the scams out there, thanks.
Question #13: Wondering what are the policies of posting outsourced photos on your business website?
I'm just wondering what are the policies when posting outsourced photos on you website. Do I just need to mention the copyright?
Question #14: Obama wants to negotiate bipartisan trade agreements, won't this just cause compaies overseas to?
Example, China creates and outsources products similar to ones that are manufactured in the US, but that cost several times more being made in the US than in China (probably due to a higher cost of living in the US). You might notice this when you go to a $1 everything costs only $1 but in general is made in China. This is also why businesses insist on shipping jobs overseas even in spite of incentives such as tax breaks to keep jobs in this country. The point is it is unlikely that other countries will purchase goods from the US that are cheaper when outsourced from other countries like China. Even the US purchases goods from China that are cheaper like what is sold in $1 store. Did Obama ever consider this?
Question #15: How come republicans literally just pass the question I asked and go on a wild speal about how Obama sucks.?
I am a Canadian I just find it soo funny that when I ask a simple question about the rebuddle to the sotu. By the Indy senator. He stated steve jobs with a name like jobs ( wack joke ) created thousands we need ppl like him.. Well why is it that he forgot to mention that literally 90% of the jobs stevie boy created were in China. Where I mite add ppl r commiting suicde monthly due to the horrible working conditions in the plants he outsourced all the manufacturing of apple products too.
Question #17: Do voters tend to vote against their social and economic interests?
I read complaints about George Soros or how a "living wage" jobs will lead to a Totalitarian police state. Barack Obama is destroying our country because he is a Kenyan born Communist tyrant. None of this information is true, of course, it is all nonsense and gibberish from crackpot right wing media.
But do voters realize if living wage jobs passes and there is more government spending in the public sector the economy is going to be on the mend and they will have middle class jobs? When they vote for Romney or Gingrich they do realize they are voting against their own interests? It is not possible for private sector jobs to flourish and we can not depend entirely on the private corporation to get us of this economic rut. Many of those jobs are outsourced to China and India and are never coming back. We need public spending and more government jobs.

Question #20: What will be the future of our country America in coming 5 years ?

Question #21: When Santorum complains that Obama wants to " give them " more welfare , more food stamps , blah , blah ...?
.... does he include the 4.5 million people who's jobs have been outsourced with " them " ? Does that mean all the lazy socialists or just con code for blaaaa people ?
@ Average Joe : I will address this to you as you were the first to answer but it goes for all the rest of the class . You have been misled by the propaganda desired to make you look elsewhere while they abscond with your money . The surest and FASTEST way for jobs to return to the US is to stop the rigged trade agreements that have been written for the few privileged class businesses . and END currency manipulations from China . In China our dollar product sell for $ 10 . The US has 5 % import duties and China has 25 % IF they will let you import it at all . Stop blaming labor for the manipulation of the industry . When was the last time a factory worker signed a trade agreement ? When was the last time a factory worker was even consulted in the matter ?
@ Bill 92691 : Greenpeace ad the unions drove business out ??? BALDERDASH ! Currency manipulations continue to keep business out . The Republican St. Reagan himself (even at his advanced age ) realized the situation and in 1985 put in place " The Plaza Accord " which stopped the foreign currency manipulation with Germany and Japan and business recovered . He also raised taxes 11 times while in office . Apparently the whole Republican team of Boehner , Ryan , Can'tor , Graham , and that smug sob McConnell can't carry Reagan's water when it comes to the American workers and the economy .. Either that or they have just plain sold out and signed a pledge against them ...

Question #22: How many corporations have outsourced jobs to China a communist country?
Does anyone have a total number of companies that are presently doing business in China?
For those of you with your head in the sand, if a company desires low wages, $.31 cents an hour over his own countrymen. He supports a communist government. If you allow your workers to be forced to work 35 hours at a time, compared to USA labor laws, "established by UNIONS", you support a communist gov't. If you are party to the economic down turn that threatened to collapse the gov't and economy of America, what was the goal?

Question #24: has president 0bama outsourced our entire economy?

Question #25: Why do they keep outsourcing my job to Asia?
I used to work with computers but they outsourced my job to India, then I started making shirts and they outsourced that to Thailand, then I went into construction and Mexicans took my job. Now I lay around my apartment and watch TV all day and come on Yahoo Answers to complain about my life. I hope I can just retire at 25.
Question #26: Should an American urban street artist be hired to fix the inscription on the King monument?
... Or should the work be outsourced to some Communist over in Red China?
(Don't tell Mitt that I'm suggesting that a deserving American be given a productive job.)
Ann : Incorrect inscription. Misquote. A little spray paint should fix it right up.
Ann : Outsource it.

Question #27: Article on Yahoo says higher GAS prices are good for USA?
They need to take that BS down! GAs prices where I live have been on the rise for years- in fact that was EXACTLY the reason many truckers who had companies near me went out of business in the first place. Plus many American jobs in customer service were outsourced and other industries near me found ways to do things with automation when we had this crisis! So none of that is coming back with HIGHER GAS PRICES!
Plus China gas prices are controlled by their own government and they control their currency so they will not suffer. This ARTICLE IS BOGUS!

Question #28: Every Republican candidate says they are against job outsourcing, except Ron Paul?
Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, and Jon Huntsman have proposed solutions such as tariffs, very generous tax breaks to companies who keep American jobs here, and remove the tax breaks of companies that still insist to keep jobs overseas to reduce overhead costs. All the while, Ron Paul says this is fascism and that job outsourcing and "free trade" are a very good thing that the government should not step into.
It looks in Ron Paul's ideal world there are two types of jobs that will stay in America: middle to upper management corporate jobs or minimum wage manual labour jobs. Everything else will have been outsourced.
Why should the middle class republicans take this a raving lunatic and his policies that would destroy them seriously?

Question #29: Are the other GOP candidates bashing the free market when they call Mitt Romney a "vulture capitalist"?
An investor is not legally obligated to create jobs, is not legally responsible for laying people off to make a profit, and is not legally responsible to keep jobs here when they can be outsourced for a fraction of the cost and generate mass profits. An investor is only going to do whatever they can to maximize their profits, and we live in one of the most capitalistic countries in the world. Are the other GOP candidates implicitly saying they are against the free market principles and attacking Romney who benefitted from the free market?
Question #30: Will engineering jobs (especially electrical engineering) be outsourced in the U.S. soon?
And if so how will i find jobs outside the country. Im 22 right now and i want to do this. I have slow comprehension skills for math. Would i have to go to DARS and maybe see a tutor everyday?
